I am trained in cancer care and often volunteer at Prospect Hospice in Wroughton. Many cancer centres and hospices acknowledge how beneficial reflexology can be, so you may already have experienced a treatment at a centre yourself..

Research has shown that Reflexology can help reduce stress, alleviate pain and anxiety, low mood, hot flushes, nausea, vomiting and fatigue, as well as helping tissue healing. This treatment is considered safe for people with cancer, although contra-indicated if there is suspicion of a deep vein thrombosis in the leg.

Reflexology is a wonder antidote to all this stress and upheaval. It is a truly calming and relaxing treatment that can help you deal with your current situation. Reflexology is lovely to receive and can be beneficial wherever you are in your cancer journey – right from the first diagnosis, through operations and chemotherapy/radiotherapy to recovery and beyond.

Cancer affects so many of us, whether we are diagnosed ourselves or are supporting friends and loved ones. If you are considering having some reflexology yourself or if you would like to buy a gift voucher for someone else, please get in touch so that we can discuss your specific situation and requirements in more detail.   I offer a mobile service, so you can enjoy a treatment in the comfort of your own home.

My clients always report on how much better they feel after having regular treatments, emotionally and physically.  Human touch is so powerful!
