About Lisa

 I am a fully qualified and experienced Complementary Therapist, specialising in Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Massage Therapy and Hypnotherapy. I hold professional qualifications including CIBTAC and Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and I am committed to delivering high standards of care tailored to each individual client.

I have a long-standing passion for complementary therapies, health and nutrition, and I regularly attend workshops and advanced training to ensure my practice reflects the latest techniques, research and best practice within the industry.

I am a registered member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and have a special interest in providing Reflexology and Massage for clients undergoing cancer treatment and those receiving palliative care, offering gentle, supportive therapies in a safe and compassionate manner.

By combining my knowledge, skills and experience, I aim to support clients in achieving optimal well-being, balance and relaxation through carefully tailored Reflexology and Massage treatments.
